1901988 - Why do I see a Data Services dataflow execute with a Round_Robin_Split in some dataflows but not others?

Symptom

  • In the Data Services execution monitor log, the "Round_Robin_Split" object shows up for data flows that use a decode() or other built-in Data Services function in a Query transform
  • When the Query transform does not contain a build-in function, the "Round_Robin_Split" is not used
