1902003 - Many ARFC* jobs in SM37 and many "Error when opening an RFC connection" in SM58/SMQ1 at the same time

Symptom

  • In SM37 there are many ARFC* jobs with unknown origin. This could cause other jobs to get delayed.
  • In SM58 or SMQ1, there are many entries with connection errors such as "Error when opening an RFC connection".
  • The job names have the same format ARFC:<XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX>.
  • The program that the ARFC* jobs scheduled for is RSARFCSE or RSARFCEX.
