1902005 - J2EE System fails with "exitcode 503"

Symptom

When starting the Java System, it fails before the startup is completed, and the following error message will appear on the dev_serverX file:

F [Thr 3408] *** LOG => SfCJavaVm: exit hook is called. (rc = 503)

F [Thr 3408] *** LOG => exiting (exitcode 503, retcode 1).

M [Thr 3408] CCMS: CCMS Monitoring Cleanup finished successfully.
