1902176 - BI 4.1: DCP Desktop Intelligence successful instances should open without any issues for PDF/XLS/RTF/TXT formats

Symptom

  • An error thrown while opening instances of Deski documents that have been scheduled: "HTTP Status 500 - org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0"
  • Issue is reproducible in house only for Deski documents newly created in 4.1 and later scheduled.
  • In some cases, the same error happens for existing document scheduled instances.
