Symptom

  • Region data is missing.
  • Region code reconciliation has been done.
  • /FLDQ/AD_MAP_REGIONS has been run successfully - but ran quickly.
  • /FLDQ/RSREGIONRPT has been run and shows no discrepancies or the discrepancies have been fixed.
  • /FLDQ/AD_REGIONS table is missing the regions that are not showing up.
  • /FLDQ/AD_DIRDATA is empty or has not very many rows in it.
  • No errors in the real-time job - Service_Realtime_DQ_SAP_Get_Region_Data - it was run successfully.
