1902416 - Sybase Unwired Platform 2.2.2, UserID and Password in Proxy Connections - SUP/SMP

Symptom

User is using Sybase Unwired Platform 2.2.2 and has configured a Proxy Connection to an oData endpoint using a UserID and Password.  When testing the proxy endpoint from a web browser, the browser still prompts for the proxy endpoint UserID and password even though it was provided in the configuration.
