1902836 - Check Prerequisites fails in Managed System Configuration step 2 when checking the Solution manager

Symptom

  • SAP_JEE does not fulfill the pre-requisite (installed x.xx SPxx, expected x.xx SPxxx)
  • LM-SERVICE does not fulfill the pre-requisite (installed x.xx SPxx, expected x.xx SPxxx)
  • On the solution Manager the expected version is shown as installed if you go to the Java home page and check the System Information
  • The last update date in the SLD and / or LMDB is older then the last update of the system.
