1902861 - SUP 2.2. Relay server. Error: SQL Anywhere environment $SQLANY12 not set.

Symptom

  • When using the “State Manager” procedure to start the relay server :
      /usr/local/relayserver/bin32/dbsvc -y -a apache -t /etc/httpd/modules/rshost -w SUPRelayServer -q -qc -f /etc/httpd/modules/rs.config -os 100K -ot /tmp/rs.log 
  • There is the following error :
      Error: SQL Anywhere environment $SQLANY12 not set.
  • So you need to start the relay server using this command :
      /etc/httpd/modules/rshost  -f /etc/httpd/modules/rs.config
