Symptom

  • Error: "Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters."
    The above error occurs When: Scheduled  a report to any destination.
  • Error: "login error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]: [Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password"
    The above error occurs When: Scheduled to a network location

Both errors occurs sporadically, and specific to machine on which schedules are configured.
