Symptom

Running a WebI report returns the error:

  • Database error: [Data Federator Driver] [Server] [Connector '[connector_name]'] ConnectionServer has reported an Exception: DBDriver failed to load :  C:\BusinessObject4.0\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\lib64\dbd_oci.dll

  • (%1 is not a valid Win32 application.). (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)

  • Error: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specifiedError: DBDriver failed to load :dbd_oci.dll is not a valid Win32 application
