Symptom

Problem:

  • Out of the box complex tables for Work Manager 5.3 are being rebuilt on every transmission
  • Custom complex tables are being rebuilt only on the first sync

Expectation:

During the first sync or transmission, the complex table should only be rebuilt on the first sync and not on every transmission.
