1904354 - Publications using Crystal Reports as source document creates multiple files without any extension in Output Filestore

Symptom

  • Whenever a publication with crystal report as source document is scheduled in native crystal report format, a file without any extension is generated in OFRS at the same location as instance.
  • This file can be opened in CR and has the same data as the corresponding instance and hence the same size. This additional file is leading to twice the space utilization of filestore.
