1904831 - Concept of Trusted RFC in Firefighter application

Symptom

For EAM (Superuser Privilege Management/Emergency Access Management/Firefighter) usage, the RFC for the Firefighter session has to be defined as Trusted RFC type in SM59.

There can be some issues seen during the usage of the Firefighter application.

- ABAP Dump CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL is seen in ST22 for GRC Box or Plugin system.

- Runtime error "OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO".

- Nothing happens after clicking on the Logon button on the Firefighter dashboard. User remains on the same screen. There can be above mentioned ABAP Dumps tracked in ST22.

- Error in logon pad:  you have no password you cannot log on using a password
