1904845 - Blank Documents Panel in BI Launchpad on IE10

Symptom

When using BI Launchpad on IE 10, go to Documents tab, view or modify any report, the report is opened in a new tab; once you close this new tab, you are taken back to the Documents tab but the file browser panel on the right is now completely blank, you cannot see any report or open any folder.
