Symptom

  • Publication that has a Crystal Report source report and uses a WEB Intelligence (WEBI) dynamic recipient report that supplies the personalization settings in the publication runs fine when selecting a single recipient, but will fail when selecting multiple recipients with the following error: Error Message:
