1905319 - Global variable @@rowcount does not reflect the value of the last 'set rowcount <nn>' command in a stored procedure nor in the current batch - SAP ASE

Symptom

The value of global variable @@setrowcount doesn't always represent the value of the rowcount that was set via 'set rowcount xxx'.

In SAP ASE pre-15.7, this works correctly. In ASE 15.7, the returned value is inconsistent.
