1905410 - Calling FM: 'TH_GET_OWN_WP_NO' returns 'dev_w**'

Symptom

Trying to use the FM TH_GET_OWN_WP_NO to get work process information it returns 'dev_w**'.

Usually, the name of a work process trace file consists of 'dev_wNN', where NN represents the work process number. However, in this problem, NN shows ** (two asterisks).
