1905510 - IUUC_MONITOR job set to 'cancelled' when HANA is not available


While the replication jobs are running on the SLT server, HANA becomes unavailable (indexserver termination, network problems etc.). This then leads to a termination of the workprocess running the IUUC_MONITOR job and consequently, the state of the job in transaction SM37 is set to 'cancelled'. A manual restart of the replication via transactions LTR/LTRC is then necessary. 

Transaction SM21 will show these or similar entries:


In this particular case, the network connection to the HANA database failed (indicated by the error -10807). As expected, the workprocess then enters the reconnect status. Afterwards, the error "Error at DB commit, return code 001024" occurs and the process is terminated.

The corresponding workprocess trace contains the following:
