1905604 - "Unhandled Exception has occurred in a component in your application" when selecting EPM Add-in Connection

When clicking on the "..." button to select a connection for EPM Add-in the error "Unhandled Exception has occurred in a component in your application", "Sequence contains more than one matching element" appears in a pop up window.

Clicking on "Details" provides the following error:
