1905821 - BCM 7 - The call total handled time is smaller than the talking time shown in the Online Monitoring Contact View.

Symptom

The Talking time is time between connection time and disconnection time and total time is time difference between after work end time and arrival time. In this case, the problem is that the total time is smaller than the talking time and this is wrong.
