1905855 - Oracle database doesn´t start in ASM

Symptom

Oracle cannot open database and errors like following ones are displayed in alert log:

ALTER DATABASE OPEN
SUCCESS: diskgroup DATA was mounted
Errors in file /oracle/<SID>/saptrace/diag/rdbms/<sid>/<SID>/trace/<SID>_dbw0_XXXXXXXX.trc:
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 1 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 1: '+DATA/<sid>/datafile/system.XXX.XXXXXXXXX'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file
+DATA/<sid>/datafile/system.XXX.XXXXXXXXX
ORA-15260: permission denied on ASM disk group
Errors in file /oracle/<SID>/saptrace/diag/rdbms/<sid>/<SID>/trace/<SID>_dbw0_XXXXXXXX.trc
