1905891 - SSM: Initiative tab appears empty

• When clicking on the Initiatives tab, the list of Initiatives is empty even though many Initiatives have been created in the system.
• If a new Initiative is created, after entering all the relevant details and clicking on “OK”, the newly created Initiative is saved to the system but fails to be displayed in the Initiatives tab.
• When clicking on an Initiative from the goal diagram in the Strategy tab, we get taken to the Initiatives tab but the select initiative is not displayed, in fact no Initiatives are listed at all.
