When approving time sheet records using MSS CATS Approval Application (either ABAP or JAVA WD based), you expect to be able to create a long text description for rejection reason just as you have when using the reports RCATS_APPROVE_ACTIVITIES or R_APPROVE_ACTIVITIES_EXPENSES, however, there is no option to create it.
