1905922 - FIORI Approval Timesheet App and MSS CATS does not have option for free text rejection reason.

Symptom

When approving timesheet records using FIORI  APPs or MSS CATS Approval Applications, you expect to be able to create a long text description for rejection reason just as you have when using the reports RCATS_APPROVE_ACTIVITIES or R_APPROVE_ACTIVITIES_EXPENSES, however, there is no option to create it.
