1905930 - Real-time job that reads from a table does not consistently read the updated record from table correctly - Data Services 4.x

• When job is run in designer, updated records always read correctly.
• Record definitely committed in database.
• Record updated in database, not read in correctly in real-time job.
• Code pathing anomaly.
• Something appears to be always held in cache for more then one run when soap request is sent and job is run in real-time.
• Job design includes a split of records to (with no case transform) separate query transforms and then those query transforms are routed back to one query transform with no join.
