Symptom

  • When viewing a Crystal Reports For Enterprise (CR4E) in LaunchPad through Single Sign On (SSO), an error is observed only for the first viewing
  • Subsequent viewing of the same report is fine until log off
  • Operating system administrators do not have this issue
