Symptom

After applying the 7SP3AfariaFx06 release, the Afaria End User Self Service Portal (EUSSP) crashed with a "System Error Contact your Afaria administrator for further guidance." message when downloading the Blackberry client. The client was installed on the device, but it was not activated, and it crashed with a "system failure" message when opened. Note: AD authentication was being used.
