Symptom

Attempt to initialize an instance of Rep Agent Oracle  using a resource file results in the following error:

Encountered an exception <Instance <rao_instace_name> failed to start because: <Cannot run program "$RAX_DIR/bin/ra.sh -I <rao_instace_name> >$RAX_DIR/<rao_instace_name>/log/error.log 2>&1": error=2, No such file or directory>> <./rao_instace_name.rs>.
