1906086 - Charm will have problem if Logon language of SAP Solution Manager system is not installed in managed system

Symptom

  • In your change document, there is error such as "There is no active tasklist in the assigned  project".

  • When trying to create transport request from ChaRM document or Work Item the error "Select one of the installed languages" is displayed.
