• Unable to promote content of a folder from Prod system to the Dev or QA system with following error:
  "Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure :
  Object has failed to promote. Please see the log for more details"
  
  NOTE: This error is generic and the cause listed below may not apply in every case of the above error, to narrow down the cause in a particular instance of this error where the below does not apply, running an E2E trace is recommended. (KBA 1861180)

• This happens for a specific folder and its content only, other folders and reports can be promoted succesfully.
• E2E Trace (KBA 1861180) shows the following error:
