1906461 - Errors received when attempting to access CPB tab when using SSO login - Information Steward

• Cleansing package builder tab is not working with SSO.
• Troubleshooting problems with Single Sign-on (SSO) issues.
• Log into Information Steward without SSO and Cleansing Package builder works fine.
• Multiple possible errors received (see below list):
• Error:  "DecodingError:  The web service call failed. Fault code: DecodingError. Fault string: SOAP Response cannot be decoded. Raw response: ."
• Error:  "Fatal:  The web service call failed.  Fault code: Server.Error.Request. Fault string:  HTTP request error. . Cleansing Pacakge Builder is not available.  Contact your Information Steward administrator to restart the CPBWebService web service.  After the web service is back up, log out of Information Steward and log back on."
• Error:  "Channel.Security.Error:  The web service call failed. Fault code:  Channel.Security.Error. Fault string:  Security error accessing url.."
