1907017 - SUP cluster node does not start. Bootstrap log shows: Connection [Address[x.x.x.x]:5701] lost. Reason: java.io.EOFException[null]

One of our 4 node SUP 2.2 cluster nodes (secondary) does not start anymore. Look at the the attached bootstrap log. The other nodes (3) are running and the cluster is available.
