Symptom

Trying to connect using Visual Administrator tool and observed the below exception:

Additionally in the defaultTrace.X.trc files:

Caused by:
com.sap.engine.frame.core.configuration.NameNotFoundException: A
configuration entry with the name "classname" cannot be found in the
configuration "security/authentication/UME User Store/0".
