Resolution
It is not possible to Mass Change the Material Valuation Level Type or Valid to Date of Financial Data of Materials using Mass Change or Migration Activity (Enhancement).
This functionality cannot be achieved due to the underlying complexity. It is not possible to have this feature in the current release of SAP Business ByDesign.
System is working as designed.
