Symptom

After upgrading the ST-PI level to SP8, you find the following short dump in transaction ST22:

Runtime Errors CONVT_NO_NUMBER
ABAP Program /SDF/SAPLE2E_EFWKE_COLLECTORS
Unable to interpret "<time>" as a number
/SDF/E2E_WP_INFO

and/or

In the Monitoring and Alerting Framework, the Extractor for ST-PI Data
Provider /SDF/E2E_WP_INFO returns error: Unable to interpret "<time>" as
a number.
