Symptom
After adding/creating new columns to an existing table, which has data and the activation process was executed without any errors. However while checking the object at database level, the new fields do not have NOT NULL constraint set.
When checking database object in SE11 transaction, similar behavior can be seen, as sample below where field F3 does not have NOT NULL constraint set:
