Symptom

  • Unable to Publish Block in Web Intelligence Rich Client via Web Services to an SSL-configured Web Application Server, with or without Reverse Proxy
  • When attempting to add a HTTPS URL to BI Services via WebI Rich Client, no connection is made and the message hangs indefinitely, "Refreshing, please wait"
