The CMS is not starting after new SAP BI 4.0 Service Pack (SP) 06 install and following error is displayed in Event Viewer.

"Server Intelligence Agent: server <hostname>.CentralManagementServer failed to launch. It is possible the working directory or file path is invalid. CreateProcess error=267, The directory name is invalid ".
