When trying to apply a new license it fails with errors:
- 16007, Your license for Service Optimization is not valid. Please consult with your System Administrator on how to proceed.
- 16002, Your license for Service Optimization is not valid. Please contact ClickSoftware Worldwide Support in order to renew the license
- The license file contain only licenses with you can not apply at this moment or which you have already applied.
- License Servers list empty
Error in the event viewer:
