1909546 - Error encrypt/decrypt data for completed BPF process

Error in encrypt/decrypt data on BPF process Web when trying to mark "completed" a process with notification emails to Reviewers option :

• When setting a process step with the option "Send E-mail to Reviewers upon Completion" selected :

• When unchecking the email notification option in the process step, it works fine without the error.
• All reviewers addresses which are the members of the admin team, and have valid email addresses.
• There is no space in email address and no field is left blank.
