1909823 - Long running Concurrent Mark-Sweep GC Threads in AS Java system

The system is facing performance issues and it can be seen that the jlaunch process is reaching 100% of CPU consumption. An analysis of this CPU usage shows long running Concurrent Mark Sweep GC threads.

Other symptom can be that heap memory does not reach the limit (e.g. lower than 60%) but too many GCs are running and performance issue henceforth happens. It might happen in case of multi-mode environment of one single instance that load is not distributed evenly among the nodes.
