1910213 - System doesn't start after applying Kernel 7.20 patch 401

After the installation of Kernel 7.20 patch 401, the system doesn't start. Below error message will reflect in the dev_jcontrol file:

[Thr 01] JControlCloseProgram: good bye... (exitcode = -100)
