1910555 - ABAP short dump "dbpError -28514" in SCM APO system

Symptom

ABAP short dumps are happening in a SCM system sporadically.
The short dumps meet the criteria below:

Category               Installation Errors
Runtime Errors       DBIF_DSQL2_SQL_ERROR
Except.                  CX_SY_NATIVE_SQL_ERROR

The error 600 occurred in the current database connection "LCA".

Error Text of Database: "POS(1) Work rolled back: DbpError: DbpError -28514"
