Symptom

  • Not able to create Webi document in BI Launch Pad based on Teradada with List Of Values
  • Error message in Web mode : "Database error: [Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata Database] The user must use IS NULL or IS NOT NULL to test for NULL values. . (IES 10901)".
  • Error message in Java mode : "[NCR][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata Database] Syntax error: expected something between ',' and the end of the request. . (IES 10901) (WIS 10901)".
