Symptom
- Connect to SCC and navigate to APPLICATIONS | Application Connections
- Note that an error is returned indicating "An Internal Error Occurred. Please check the log for details."
- In the SCC's agent log there is a corresponding error indicating "Request timeout while waiting for server response"
