SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1910682 - After connecting to SCC to administer and SUP server, clicking on Applications | Application Connections results in a timeout.

Symptom

  1. Connect to SCC and navigate to APPLICATIONS | Application Connections
  2. Note that an error is returned indicating "An Internal Error Occurred. Please check the log for details."
  3. In the SCC's agent log there is a corresponding error indicating "Request timeout while waiting for server response"
