From BI Launch Pad, when clicking on New then Local Document the following error message appears:

"An error has occured:com.sap.connectivity.cis.plugin.impl.DataConnectionImpl cannot be cast to com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.clientaction.IClientAction"
