Symptom
- Running CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT cannot change status due to error message “Document <number> refused for technical reasons: ERROR_FREE” (message no SOCM_ACTION_LOG203 )
- Only "Recheck: and "Cancel" actions available, but no error message displayed in the message area (all other actions are hidden):
