SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
The EWA report for the HANA database is showing one of the following symptoms:
- HANA EarlyWatch is showing as Grey and missing data.
- Service Data Quality section is showing warnings related to HDB_COLL_MULTI_DOWN and HDB_COLL_MULTI_STMT.
- ABAP EWA report is showing unwanted or multiple HANA databases.
- No Log Backups are scheduled. Non successful or not scheduled Data Backups have been detected.
- The EWA Report for a standalone HANA system is missing data from the download (truck icon) of SDCCN for the session regarding DBREMOTE.
- Incorrect HANA database client version.
