The ExtensibilityMSM.msi is not included in the EPM installation package, however the EPM Add-in installation guide contains incorrect information on how to obtain the ExtensibilityMSM.msi on page 17 under section 3.1 Installation Prerequisites for EPM Add-in, .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 Version :
If you are using Microsoft Office 2003, you must download and install the office2003-kb907417sfxcab-ENU.exe and ExtensibilityMSM.msi hotfixes from the Microsoft web site. (ExtensibilityMSM.msi is delivered with VS2005-KB908002-ENU-x86.exe (KB908002).
