1913011 - "Timeout during allocate" error after upgrading the Classic RFC SDK Library to SAP NW RFC SDK Library

Symptom

  • After upgrading the Classic RFC SDK Library to the SAP NW RFC SDK Library, the rfcexec program generates the error "Timeout during allocate"
  • In the dev_rfc traces in the work directory, the below error message can be seen:


    ======> CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV' : cmRc=20 thRc=456

    Timeout during connection setup (check that partner exists)
