What is the Significance of % of Return Items from Sales Order Items in sales field in the Sales Order Returns Rate.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Go to the Reports view.
3. Search for the Sales Order Returns Rate report .
4. Execute the report.
5. You want to know the significance of the % of Return Items from Sales Order Items in Sales field in this report.

The % of Return Items from Sales Order Items field of the Sales Order Return report provide the details about the return % of the items,
for e. g. if there is a sales order having 5 items and a return of 5 items has been created with reason Ordered Incorrectly, then the % of return with reason Ordered Incorrectly would be 100 %.

To get more details from the report try to add Sales Order ID in the report row first: This will give you a view of return at each order level.
Then try to add Sales Order Item ID in report row: this will give you a view of return for each item of a sales order.

This is the expected behavior of SAP Business ByDesign system.
